Sometimes it's hard to believe that there are only a handful of modest-only bridal stores in the United States.
Since the beginning of this year, we've seen a good number of brides from Indianapolis, Odem, Loogootee, Chicago, all looking for a modest wedding dress.
At least 10 brides have asked us to open a store in Indiana just in the past 6 months.
We are still considering taking a significant inventory to Indiana so we can come to brides instead of brides coming to us.
Wondering if that's a good idea?

ReplyDeleteI think it's a great idea to open another store! So far, there's no one in my future horizons, but if someone comes along, I fully plan on coming to the St. Louis store!

ReplyDeleteThere is definitely a great need for your type of store in Indiana. We live south of Terre Haute, IN, and have been looking for a modest wedding dress for my daughter. We have traveled to Indianapolis, Greenwood, Vincennes, and Evansville with no avail. The dress shops basically carry strapless dresses and want to add straps or a jacket. It is very discouraging to have to go into store after store and explain that we want a high neckline, front and back,something with sleeves,and yet something that is pretty, feminine, and affordable. The dresses they have shown would all need to be altered to make them decent enough to wear. There is a great need for a modest bridal store in Indiana!
